Guidance On Every Step of the Way
COUNSELING
We provide individuals, couples, and families with therapeutic services. In these sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and manage your symptoms, providing you with valuable tools and coping strategies. Psycho-education is also offered to help with understanding one’s diagnosis and treatment options. We accept BCBS, CareFirst, Cigna, and Aetna insurance and also private pay.
CLINICAL ASSESSMENTS
These are one time detailed assessments that can be completed to help assess a need for other services, make recommendations and help with care coordinating. We currently provide:
~mental health evaluations
~substance abuse evaluations
~trauma evaluations
~brief cognitive screenings with report and recommendations (private pay only)
CARE MANAGEMENT
It can be a huge challenge to find the necessary services and resources when you or a loved one is struggling. We can help link you to health resources in your community, providing families who need care coordination for a loved one find the resources and services they need. Our licensed professionals will serve as the advocate and voice for our clients when they are unable to.

Our practice continues to expand it's wellness offerings and we are working hard to offer yoga for adults, kids and teens. As soon as we are ready to roll this out, we will update the page here and let you all know! We are very excited to be adding this service line!!
