Individual Counseling
Anxiety & Depression

cbt therapy utilized to Support for managing anxiety and depressive symptoms while developing practical coping strategies to improve emotional balance and daily functioning.

Trauma & Stress Management

Trauma-informed care using cognitive behavioral therapy (cbt), cognitive processing therapy (cpt) and dilectical behavioral therapy (dbt) skillbuilding therapies that focus on healing, emotional regulation, and building resilience after difficult or overwhelming life experiences. we support children, teens, adults and veterans un trauma treatment.

Women’s Behavioral Health (Virtual Only)

Support for women navigating mental health concerns across the lifespan, including fertility challenges, reproductive health stressors, perinatal mental health, menopause, aging, and other life transitions.

Men’s Behavioral Health

Counseling offered by a male clinician, providing a supportive environment for men to explore mental health, relationships, life stressors, and personal growth. Available in both individual and group settings.

Couples & Family therapy
Sex Therapy & couples counseling (Virtual Only)

A supportive space to explore concerns related to sexual health, intimacy, and relationship dynamics. Therapy focuses on understanding personal and relational stressors surrounding sexual wellbeing and working toward healthier communication and connection.

Family Counseling

Helping families strengthen communication, improve understanding, and rebuild connection in order to support healthier relationships.

Group Counseling
Adult DBT Skills Group (Virtual)

A structured 10-session Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills group focused on emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness.

Group begins mid-April 2026 and requires an intake assessment prior to participation.

Teen Anxiety & Stress DBT Skills Group

This group helps teens develop practical coping strategies for managing anxiety, stress, and emotional challenges using DBT skills.

Groups begin at the end of April 2026 and are available in both virtual and in-person formats.
