About Your Supervisor
Dr. Tanisha Robinson is a PhD-level behavioral health clinician and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with individuals across a variety of clinical settings and complex health conditions. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of social workers and supporting clinicians in developing strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and culturally responsive care.
Her supervision approach integrates clinical skill development, diagnostic education, ethical decision-making, and social justice-informed practice to help supervisees grow into confident and competent clinicians.
Clinical Supervision Services
Dr. Robinson provides individual and group clinical supervision for social workers seeking licensure. Supervision focuses on strengthening clinical skills, professional identity, and ethical practice.

During the initial supervision meeting, we review the supervision contract, discuss your current work setting, explore your career goals, and identify areas of social work practice that you are interested in developing further.
Once the supervision agreement is finalized, we will schedule regular individual supervision sessions (weekly or biweekly) and you will also be added to group supervision. Structured agendas and documentation are maintained for both individual and group sessions to ensure clear tracking of supervision topics and professional development.
