Clinical Director and Owner
Tanisha Robinson, PhD, LCSW
Tanisha is the owner and clinical director for this practice and she is also a clinician who works in lifestyle modification and wellness using health behavior counseling to support you best behaviorally with your health. She graduated from Rutgers University with her MSW in 2015 and Walden University with her PhD in 2023. She is currently working on her board certification in Lifestyle Medicine from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and is also working on getting her Registered Dietitian license to offer both health behavior counseling and nutrition counseling services in the future. For fun, she enjoys playing a lot of softball, going to comic con with her dad, and snuggling with her cats on the couch to watch tv.

Clinician Therapist- Youth, Adults and Veterans
Dwayne Wright, MSW, LMHP-S
Dwayne is a compassionate clinician who has been a social worker since finishing his MSW program in 2007 from Howard University. He works with kids, teens, adults and veterans both in person at the office and virtual. His use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Reframing and tactile therapy techniques have helped many of his patients find balance in their lives and process even the most stressful of events. His passion for this work shines through in everything that he does and the work that he is doing. He enjoys being outdoors walking dogs and rooting for the Washington Commanders during football season.

Clinician Therapist- Adults Women's Health, Sex Therapy Intern
Shamika Hinton, MSW, LMHP-S
Shamika is a clinician who is full of empathy and ready to help learn what it takes for you to meet your goals, learn your triggers and develop coping skills to conquer them. She specializes in women's health needs, racially based trauma, and is currently also working on her sex therapy certification at Widener University. She utilized DBT skills and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support her patients in emotional wellness and stability. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and celebrating most things Black owned and operated!
